A renovation to an existing 1903 historic townhouse in San Francisco’s Presidio Heights neighborhood.

A three-story townhouse in a beautiful, Edgar Mathews designed, building needed an extensive update.  We worked with the owners and the Interior designer, Eche Martinez, to reimagine the layout for modern living while remaining true to the spirit of the original design. Structural improvements were undertaken, building systems were modernized, and the layout and finishes were reimagined to create a whimsical, appropriate, and elegant design in a magical San Francisco location.
